This workshop will be about "all things respiratory". Trish will start with some of the reasons why we get respiratory issues, such as a simple cold, asthma, COPD and other ailments of this nature, such as:
- What are the consequences of lowered oxygen and thickened mucous?
- Starting with smoking cessation.

- Are there issues that we can't affect?
- Can supplements benefit our lung function?

Workshop fee is non-refundable, but can be applied by attendees to products and services in the Wellness Center, during the Every Breath You Take Workshop.
