Many of us have heard of Kegel exercises. But what are they, and how do you do them properly? As women, many of us have at some point in our lives been told to do simple contractions while urinating to stop the flow. This is said to avoid leakage and prolapse issues later in life. However, Trish argues that this method does not offer the full spectrum of benefits that it should. Trish will show us how to properly do a Kegel exercise, and avoid the mesh crisis.
